AI Competency Validation Intelligent System

What is ACVIS?

ACVIS is not the tutor. ACVIS is the verification layer.

ACVIS (AI Competency Validation Intelligent System) is an intelligent trust infrastructure that enables competencies developed with artificial intelligence assistance to be demonstrated and validated. It structures evidence, verifies actual mastery, and issues reliable validations, independently of the AI system used for learning.

Core definition

An intelligent trust infrastructure for demonstrable competence.

Intelligent trust infrastructure

ACVIS enables competencies developed with AI assistance to be demonstrated and validated through structured, assessable, and reliable processes.

Independent of the learning AI

ACVIS is agnostic regarding the system used for learning and does not depend on a single artificial intelligence provider.

Open and flexible pathways

Individuals can define their own topics, competencies, or learning objectives; institutions can design their own pathways; and ACVIS can offer predesigned programs—provided that the process can be structured, assessed, and validated.

From competency gaps to validation readiness

When gaps are identified, ACVIS activates and governs formative processes so participants can develop the missing capabilities and meet the applicable validation requirements.

Governed formative processes

ACVIS can activate learning without becoming the tutor.

An external AI or applicable learning environment can teach, explain, adapt examples, and support practice. ACVIS structures and governs the pathway toward validation readiness.

ACVIS organizes the competency record, evidence, controlled assessments, rubrics, traceability, and applicable decision process. Activating a formative phase does not change its role as the verification layer.

Its design is agnostic regarding the AI provider. The current prototype records which external AI was declared and uses governed prompts rather than a direct provider API.

What a complete process considers

Evidence before assertions.

Governed record

Objectives, rules, routes, activities, versions, and responsible roles.

Evidence

Learning, performance, and product evidence associated with the process.

Assessment

Independent instruments, structured rules, rubrics, and applicable thresholds.

Decision

A reviewable outcome supported by records and institutional authority.

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STATUS

A functional foundation for the next stage of ACVIS.

OPERATIONAL PROTOTYPE V0.7.7

The functional ACVIS prototype has successfully completed the operational flow from initial diagnosis to validation report and certificate generation. It includes competency records, governed learning pathways, evidence management, assessment, rubrics, user roles, reports, and audit functions.

INTERACTIVE MODEL EXPERIENCE

This web-based interactive experience makes the ACVIS model accessible through a guided journey. It illustrates how competency records, evidence, independent assessment, rubrics, and validation criteria work together within a governed process.

DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

ACVIS is advancing toward an expanded platform with biometric identity controls, advanced integrity monitoring, automated workflows, direct AI integrations, and advanced public verification capabilities.

ACVIS is currently evolving from a proven functional prototype toward an integrated, scalable platform for individuals and institutions.
